This book series offers a comprehensive and innovative account of contemporary intelligence. It gathers scholarship that takes the study of intelligence professionals and practices as the point of departure and investigates its current configuration as a heterogeneous practice, overlapping with surveillance, counterterrorism, and broader definitions of security.
