This series of textbooks has been developed to accompany the Open University Course (B200) Understanding Business Behaviour. The four readers will help students develop their knowledge of the business world in four key areas: environments, markets, processes and organisations. In all texts, each section begins with a new introduction, guiding the student through the readings. Throughout, the approach encourages the student to think critically by providing a range of perspectives on issues and by outlining different approaches. All readings are selected to support the development of core skills, including study skills and cognitive skills.
